HOA Annual Membership Meeting

Our next annual meeting is scheduled for February 1, 2025. For those residents unable to attend the meeting, we will send out a summary of the meeting via the email address we have on file for you.

Roadwork

Please remember to keep your driving speed at 20mph or less as posted. Driving faster damages the roads - which we all pay to repair and maintain.

Our efforts are ongoing and we ask that all neighbors ensure their easements are trimmed, clear of brush and any cut debris is hauled away. Our next round of roadwork is scheduled for May 2025.

Easements and culverts must be kept clear in accordance with our Restrictions. This allows for needed drainage and accessibility for roadwork to be conducted.
